Benefits

• Scoreboard advertising is only available during the regular football season at the Kelly Reeves Athletic Complex.
• All requests must be received by 5 p.m. Wednesday the week of your selected game.
• Messages will be displayed for a minimum of ten (10) seconds.
• Round Rock ISD has complete editorial control over all content messages and reserves the right to refuse any request.
• The number of messages displayed each varsity football game is limited. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If a game is not listed, then all available slots have been taken.
• Submission price includes a photo
• Price is $100 per message (includes all processing fees)
• Templates are chosen randomly.

Messages cannot contain:

• Offensive or inappropriate content
• Acronyms or slang
• Content unrelated to Birthday messages
• Photos not owned by the person submitting
• Inappropriate content or messages will not be shown and you will be refunded.

Process

• Birthday Name in Lights requests must be submitted by the form
• You will be contacted by a Round Rock ISD representative if there are issues with your request
• Requests will not be processed until full payment is received. Credit card only.

Tips

• Landscape photos are preferred
• Extremely close-up photos are discouraged due to potential cropping issues
